Overview
Zinc-aluminium alloy liner plates (ZA303 / ZA27) are used as replaceable wear liners and slide plates on machinery where steel wears out quickly. We cast the plates in our own foundry and machine them flat, with counterbored fixing holes and hole patterns to your drawing, so they bolt straight onto the equipment. Compared with mild-steel liners they last considerably longer and reduce maintenance downtime.
