High-strength ZA303 zinc-based alloy bearing shells and bushings with excellent load capacity, low friction and long service life - a cost-effective replacement for Babbitt metal.
ZA303 is a high-aluminium zinc-based bearing alloy developed for heavy-duty applications. Compared with traditional Babbitt (white metal) bearings, ZA303 offers markedly higher compressive strength and superior wear resistance while keeping good embeddability and thermal conductivity. We cast bearing shells, bushings, sleeve bearings and wear parts to your drawings, from single prototypes to batch production.
