We produce copper-based castings and machined bushings from a wide range of alloys, including tin bronze (CuSn), aluminium bronze (ZCuAl10Fe3 and similar) and leaded bronzes. Castings are poured in-house, then bored, grooved and finish-machined to drawing, giving consistent metallurgy and tight tolerances for demanding bearing and sealing applications.
